If graded, I'd say this book is between a .5-1.0. There is major wear & tear and damage to this ultra rare/hard to find book from 1941. Both covers are detached, there is obvious spine damage, major chipping, and writing on some of the inside pages (someone wrote their name/initials on multiple pages). Pages are extremely brittle (I was nervous checking each page of the book), but all pages are present. Colors are still vibrant considering the age of this book. As there is not much information/copies available for sale I am starting my selling price on the higher end, but am willing to listen to offers. From my research there are only a few of these floating around.
